Association des producteurs de tourbe horticole du Québec (APTHQ)

The APTHQ’s main mandates are to promote the horticultural peat industry, to represent and defend the interests of its members, to raise awareness of responsible peatland management and to inform the public about this indispensable resource for agriculture and horticulture. Since 2007, the APTHQ has hosted the Peat and Substrate Cluster. A flexible and dynamic formula, its mission is to bring together the sector’s driving forces so that they can work together on their common issues. The activities implemented aim to support the development of businesses in the sector and to promote them on a regional, national and international scale.
